The e-mail templates include a hyperlink for the Pricing and FAQ Guides. The five Style Guides thoroughly prepare your clients for what to wear, do and bring to their session. It eliminates all of the guesswork on their end. These tips go in-depth: how important it is to iron clothes, wear proper undergarments, go light on tanning treatments, make sure nails are free of nicks, match the vibe of the environment...all things to make sure they show up as their best selves!
The Wedding Day Timeline Templates and FAQ are for all of those questions you get before the wedding, like "My ceremony is at 5pm, when should hair and makeup arrive?" The guides (including with and without a First Look) feature editable 3p, 4p, 5pm and winter wedding timelines. I've compiled ALL of the frequently asked questions I've received over the years and put them in this guide. It details the following: "Should I do a First Look? Should I get a second shooter? Can you make me look thinner? Do you have ideas for a nighttime send-off?" and SO MUCH more!
The 88 page Wedding Magazine is my magnum opus. After 500+ weddings, this is everything I'd ever want a couple to know about their wedding day! I print it out and send to clients in the mail when they book, and it has quite a wow factor! Think of it as a more extensive Wedding Day Timeline Template and FAQ Guide. It expands on all of the questions they have, but also talks about you, the photographer and your insight and expertise. It's a fantastic way to connect with clients and convey any messages you want about preparing for the day. (Including what they should have ready for their flat lay, First Look decisions, second shooter questions, getting ready in a place that has lots of natural light, tips for the groom, going unplugged, a family formals list, sunset photos, explains a receiving line, night shots, ideas for special exits, before and after editing...EVERYTHING that you can possibly imagine. This took me four years to create and I can't imagine you would find anything more comprehensive anywhere else. That's how passionate I am about this magazine!
Beautifully designed, just put your own photos in this Canva template, your own branding and personal thoughts, and send off to future clients. They will be amazed that you did this!

I feel like I can do this myself, why are your templates worth it?
Why reinvent the wheel when I’ve already done the work for you? These templates have taken my years to perfect to an artform! They are tested, optimized, and ready to copy and paste with minimal tweaking. All of the branding matches: the fonts, the colors, the messaging. This would take weeks to create from scratch. The fact that you’re here reading this FAQ, tells me you are struggling and need a way to take back your time.
Do any of these templates include a contract?
No, contracts are specifically crafted to each state and country’s laws (and, written by an attorney…which I am not!) but, I do include client usage forms!
I don’t have enough time to implement this system!
If you dedicate one full afternoon (4-5 hours to put in your own photos/tweak the pricing), you will save this amount of time in a week. Would it be worth it to you if you had at least 5 hours per week to spend on other things besides sitting at your computer?
What if I only photograph one genre and don’t need all of the Pricing and Style Guides? Can I get them individually?
I completely understand this concern! That said, even though I’m primarily a wedding and engagement photographer, I still find myself shooting other sessions now and then. (For example, when a client I love just had a baby or only wants me to shoot their family session). All of these templates match each other aesthetically so they are very helpful to have on hand! I don’t separate them out because I want you to have my comprehensive system and be ready for any inquiry that comes in.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
I purposely have created this system for those who don’t yet have a Client Management Software. (They can also be plugged into a CRM, but you don’t need one) The templates can be saved in any cloud storage like Google docs or Google Drive, or just in your e-mail draft templates. As for the Rate Sheets and Style Guides, the templates are all in Canva, which is super user-friendly. You set up a free account, and if you can drag and drop, you’re good to go! No fancy design skills are needed because you will just be adding in photos and text into my done-for-you design.
Also, I highly recommend you have beautiful and simple pricing and FAQ guides, Canva is the easiest system to do just that!
